<Q: Please elaborate on your language policy.> We're building an app to help everyone get simple, location-based recycling instructions. 
<Q: What makes a good packaging label? What information should be prioritised?> Location specific information. Clear instructions for each component of packaging,  
<Q: Can you describe your approach, or the approach of your organisation, to supporting/point-of-sale information with regard to plastic packaging?> We have a digital approach. We combine data from local authorities with specific packaging material data to give much more accurate recycling instructions.  
<Q: Are there any examples of labelling that you are especially proud of? If you aren't involved in design, please tell us about some packaging/labelling that you especially like, and why.> Our labelling is dynamic depending on where the user lives. We are also working on adding other environmental information on our digital label 
<Q: What information would you wish to be included on packaging labels, if e.g. space and branding weren't an issue?> Carbon footprint, plant-based, vegan. How likely the packaging is likely to be actually recycled in your area
